Brock University Faculty of Business - St. Catharines, Ontario
Brock University’s Faculty of Business is one of seven faculties at Brock
University in St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada. The current dean of the business
school is Dr. Barbara Sainty. She is preceded by Dr. Martin Kusy, who retired
from the position in June, 2008. As a rising business school, Brock’s Faculty of
Business is now “entering the next stage of its growth” according to Canadian
Business Magazine.
Brock University's Faculty of Business offers a range of programs at both the
Undergraduate and Graduate level of study.
The Brock Faculty of Business is one of only five Canadian business schools to
attain accreditation by the AACSB as well as attain membership in Beta Gamma
Sigma.

DeGroote School of Business (McMaster University) - Hamilton, Ontario
The DeGroote School of Business is one of six faculties at McMaster University
in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. McMaster's School of Business was founded in 1952
but was renamed in 1992 in honour of successful Canadian entrepreneur and
philanthropist Michael G. DeGroote. The DeGroote school offers (Hon) B.Commerce,
MBA and Ph.D. degrees.
The current dean is Paul Bates, a former professional banker with close ties to
the Toronto finance community.
The business school is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate
Schools of Business (AACSB).

Department of Management (University of Toronto at Scarborough) - Toronto, Ontario
Over the last 17 years, the Department of Management at the University of
Toronto Scarborough has provided exceptional undergraduate studies in Management
and Economics to its students. Currently, the Department offers a challenging

Queen's School of Business (Queen's University) - Kingston, Ontario
The Queen's School of Business is located in Queen's University, Kingston,
Ontario, Canada. Its first commerce program was established in 1919, making it
one of the oldest business schools in Canada. Since 2006, the Queen's School of
Business MBA program has been ranked by Business Week number one
internationally, outside the United States. The school of business became its
own faculty in 1963 with its first dean, Lawrence Macpherson. The current dean
at the Queen's School of Business is Dr. David Saunders, who also founded the
MBA Japan Program in Tokyo when he was associate dean at the Faculty of
Management of McGill University in Montreal.

Richard Ivey School of Business (University of Western Ontario) - London, Ontario
The Richard Ivey School of Business is a premier business school in Canada. It
is under the umbrella of programs offered by the University of Western Ontario,
but is managed separately with its own Dean and budget. It is located on the
university's campus in London, Ontario, midway between Toronto and Detroit. The
business school also has two executive teaching facilities: Ivey's Toronto
campus, located in the Toronto Exchange Tower in downtown Toronto, and the
Spencer Conference Centre. Ivey also has a campus in the Hong Kong Convention
and Exhibition Centre where it offers Executive MBA and Executive Development
programs.

Schulich School of Business (York University) - Toronto, Ontario
The Schulich School of Business is a business school in Toronto, Ontario,
Canada, operating under York University. It offers undergraduate and graduate
programmes in business administration, finance, public administration and
international business as well as a number of PhD and executive programmes.
Originally known as the Faculty of Administrative Studies, it was renamed in
1995 after Seymour Schulich, a major benefactor who has donated $15 million to
the school.

School of Accounting and Finance (University of Waterloo) - Waterloo, Ontario
The School of Accounting and Finance is the only English speaking professional
school of its kind in Canada. We offer 2 undergraduate (Accounting and Financial
Management and Computing and Financial Management) and 3 graduate (Master of
Accounting; Master of Taxation; PhD in Accounting) programs to provide students
with the technical, analytical, evaluative, and communication skills needed to
prepare for successful careers in public accounting, finance, industry,
government and not-for-profit sectors. In conjunction with the Faculties of
Mathematics and Science, the School also administers 2 undergraduate chartered
accountancy (Mathematics/Chartered Accountancy; Biotechnology/Chartered
Accountancy) and 1 graduate (Master of Quantitative Finance) programs. All
undergraduate programs are co-op only, and 4 of the 5 programs are integrated as
a five-year course of study leading to an MAcc degree.

Ted Rogers School of Business Management (Ryerson University) - Toronto, Ontario
The Ted Rogers School of Management is Located on Bay Street in Toronto's
financial district. The school houses Canada's largest undergraduate management
program, along with several graduate programs. The school's undergraduate
Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) programs are grouped into: Business Management,
Business & Technology Management, Hospitality and Tourism Management, and Retail
Management.
Graduate studies consist of an MBA with a global focus, and an MBA in the
Management of Technology and Innovation. The school also offers a Master of
Science|Master of Management Science (MMSc) in the Management of Technology and
Innovation.
Ryerson, like may other educational institutions across Canada, is pursuing a
global initiative and will be moving toward a global bachelors program. The
current Management major will be replaced with a Global Management major, which
is expected to take full effect by the 2010/2011 academic year.It is expected
that this move will allow Ryerson's bachelor's program to have a global focus.
Previously known as Ryerson's Business Building, it was changed to the current
name, Ted Rogers School of Management, after a $15 million donation from Ted
Rogers. This latest addition is located within a new wing of the Toronto Eaton
Centre at the southeast corner of Bay and Dundas Streets. The school occupies
three floors of the nine-floor wing (two floors are occupied by retail uses,
with an above-grade parking garage occupying the remaining three storeys). The
integration of the Ryerson faculty with commercial uses in the same building has
been praised as an innovative solution for the downtown university.

Telfer School of Management (University of Ottawa) - Ottawa, Ontario
The Telfer School of Management is the business school located at the University
of Ottawa in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. The school is named in honour of one
university alumnus, Ian Telfer (MBA 1976), who made a significant donation to
the University of Ottawa. The donation of $25 million to the school's business
program is the largest donation in Canadian history to be given to a business
school.

University of Ontario Institute of Technology - Oshawa, Ontario
The University of Ontario Institute of Technology (UOIT) is located in Oshawa,
Ontario and shares its campus with Durham College. The university was founded in
2002 and accepted its first students in 2003, making it one of Canada's newest
universities. The enabling legislation is the University of Ontario Institute of
Technology Act, 2002. All undergraduate programs require students to lease a
Lenovo Thinkpad laptop PC from the university as a condition of enrollment,
making it Ontario's only laptop-based university. Faculty members also encourage
students to use their laptops to complete assignments, perform laboratory
research and interact with faculty during lectures. UOIT offers a range of
undergraduate programs, and graduate programs in Science, Engineering, Health
and Information Technology. The UOIT campus is approximately 400 acres (1.6 km2)
in the northern part of Oshawa. Trent University also offers a small full-time
program on the same campus and offers a number of elective courses to
undergraduate students at UOIT.

Wilfrid Laurier University - School of Business and Economics - Waterloo, Ontario
Wilfrid Laurier University is a university located in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada.
It also has campuses in Brantford, Ontario, and Kitchener, Ontario. It is named
in honour of Sir Wilfrid Laurier, the seventh Prime Minister of Canada. Laurier
offers a full range of undergraduate and graduate programs in a variety of
fields. Laurier is one of the fastest-growing universities in Canada (enrollment
more than doubled from 1997 to 2006). The main campus is located in Waterloo.
The City of Waterloo is home to both Wilfrid Laurier University and the
University of Waterloo.
